Hereford Community Farm offers innovative support to people with additional needs through a programme of Animal Assisted Interventions, Therapeutic Horticulture and Equine Assisted Learning.

Our vision is to provide innovative, caring and supportive life experiences, work opportunities and structured learning programmes for people of all ages and backgrounds who have specific difficulties and who would benefit from the therapeutic effects of working with animals, horticulture and the environment.

Commissioners of the specialist provision at The Barton Hill Animal Assisted Therapy Centre C.I.C. include Primary Care Trusts, Social Services, Residential Care Homes, Private Hospitals, other Day Care Providers and individuals with personalised budgets.
