There have been many changes for services users and their families/ carers to grasp around social care assessments
This meeting will cover the assessment process for both service users and also carers in their own right

We hope to gather feedback from those who have both positive and negative experiences so that it can be passed on to the relative departments who are striving for greater understanding from services users' point of view.

As part of our commitment to making Hereford more dementia friendly, we offer monthly Dementia Friends information sessions here at The Courtyard. Anyone can be a Dementia Friend, it is about understanding a little more about dementia, and the little ways you can help. Sessions last about 45-60 mins.
